Autumn 2015 Big News from the Toothill Big Local!

Welcome to the new online grant application process for our Lottery £1,000,000

Just in case you didn’t know about this, the money comes from the Lottery funded Big Local programme

to spend for the benefit of those who live, work, go to school or come to clubs in the local community.

So what’s new?

Grant applications can now be submitted at any time on www.toothillbiglocal.co.uk

There are a few straightforward questions and the process is the same irrespective of the amount

requested.

Grant applications have 4 simple stages, ensuring the community decides where funds are spent.

1. Applicant enters grant request on www.toothillbiglocal.co.uk

2. Toothill Big Local check all is ok with Big Local rules and sets community support target

3. Grant application now open for community votes of support on www.toothillbig.local.co.uk

4. Grant funding is approved when the community support target is reached

But what happens if I don’t have a computer?

• To submit a grant application just drop a note or come to the Toothill Big Local Office

and we’ll help you to set it up and keep you informed

• To vote for a grant application just pop down to the office and we’ll help

• The office is open 10.30am -3pm Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Toothill Community Centre

The Toothill Big Local team’s role is to help the community spend the £1,000,000. If you have any

touch. You can find our contact details on the enclosed post card and business card. We hope the tote
